He was born in 1957 in Parwizkhan village of Quratuwi township of #Khanaqin# city. He graduated from Bakrajo Agricultural High School in #Sulaymaniyah# province in 1979. He participated in the struggle of Kurdistan political parties under various circumstances and the first party he joined was the Kurdistan Marxism Leninism group.[1]
