He was born in 1977 in Gulpi village of Hawraman hillside of #Halbja# township.

* Education and qualifications:
He holds a bachelor's degree in statistics from the College of Management and Economics (1999-2003).
Holder of a Master's Degree in (Management) in the field of (Human Resource Management), (2011 - 2014).

* Work and professional life:
Since the year 1993, he has been a member of the Kurdistan Students Organization.
In the third congress of the Kurdistan Students Organization (summer of 2006), he was elected as the secretary of the organization.
Secretary of Kurdistan Students Organization, (2008 - 2009).
He started working in journalism in 2000.
Member of Kurdistan Union of Journalists and International Federation of Journalists (IFJ).
Teacher in high schools from (2003) to (2014).
Trainer in (Sulaimani Educational Training Directorate), (2014 to 2015).
Lecturer in the universities of (Sulaymaniyah, Human Development, Polytechnique) in (2014 and 2015).
Director General of Social Welfare and Development in Sulaymaniyah Province from (2015 to 2020).
Member of the fifth session of the Kurdistan Parliament, since (2020) continuous.
Member of the Kurdistan Justice Society faction and member of the Finance and Economic Committee.

*Production and writing:

He has a published book entitled (Corruption) which is a scientific research in terms of administrative, legal, economic and social sciences to investigate the crime of (corruption),in (286) pages published in (2014).
He has written several journalistic articles in Kurdistan magazines, newspapers and digital media.

* Participation in the revolution:
He was born in a patriotic and revolutionary family and his father was a Peshmerga. His two brothers were martyred and were shot dead by the Ba'ath regime in the Red Security in Sulaymaniyah on June 22, 1989.[1]
