She was born in 1955 in the family of Shikak Kabab, who came to South Kurdistan from the north and settled in Ruanduz. In 1968, she joined the Kurdistan Students Union and played a prominent role as a female cadre. She graduated from Mosul University and is currently the principal of Chimani Girls School in Erbil.[1]
