He is an Armenian Kurdish-speaking artist and singer. He was born in 1934 in #Qamishlo#. He moved to Armenia with his family and at the age of 18, when he finished primary school, he became an employee of Radio Armenia. He participated in the 8th #Amed# Culture and Arts Festival and composed a song for Amed. He has 12 CDs and has sung in Armenian, Kurdish, and Arabic.
He died of cancer on #08-08-2009#.[1]
