He was born in Erbil, Kurdistan.

$Activities$
He is a journalist, writer, translator, photographer, painter and cartoonist.
He published his first caricature in Kurdish newspapers in issue (137) of the newspaper (Alai Azadi) on 04-09-1994.
He is the first cartoonist in Erbil to use computers regularly in drawing cartoons.
He was the first cartoonist in Erbil to draw a picture of Saddam Hussein, the Iraqi dictator, and it was published in newspapers.
He is the first Kurdish cartoonist to have a private exhibition hall opened at the Iraqi Cartoon Museum in 2008.
He was the first Kurdish cartoonist to have his cartoons published in European and American websites and magazines from 2009 onwards.
He is the first Kurdish cartoonist to become a member of the International Association of Cartoonists in 2010.
He is the first Kurdish cartoonist to have a permanent gallery opened at the Romanian Museum of Cartoons of Celebrities in 2010.

From 2002 to 2004, he was a cartoonist and writer for the monthly magazine Rule of Law.
From 2004 to 2005 he was a cartoonist and writer for the weekly newspaper Dangi Millet.
From 2004 to 2005 he was a cartoonist for Gap magazine.
From 2005 to 2007 he was a painter for the magazine (Children's Horizon).
From 2005 to 2008 he was a cartoonist for the weekly newspaper Media.
From 2006 to 2008 he was a cartoonist and writer for Badirkhan monthly.
From 2010 to 2011, he was a cartoonist and art supervisor for Kurdistan Region magazine.
2008 - 2010 - Writing Director of Tanzuna magazine.
