- He was born in #Shaqlawa# in 1961.
- In 1981 he became a peshmarga.
- Between the years of 1984 and 2000 he managed to get bachelor, master and PhD degree in political sciences in the Shevchenko university in Ukraine.
- In 2001 he came back to Kurdistan and was appointed as a lecturer in the department of political sciences in Salaheddin university, he was the head of department for two years.
- Currently he is teaching political sciences in the Salaheddin university.[1]
