Member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Workers' Association.
He was born in 1972 in Mahabad.
He graduated from Mahabad Teachers Institute in 1990.
Until 1997, he worked in the secret organization of Association. He then came to South Kurdistan and is now the representative of Association in Erbil.[1]
