Director General of Public Relations, High Electoral Commission. Member of the Kurdistan National Congress (KNK). He died on 05-12-2018 due to heart attack.
He was born in 1954 in Kirkuk. He graduated from the College of Law. He held several government positions such as former director general of the Iraqi Election Commission, legal advisor to Article 140 in Kirkuk and director of the Ministry of Housing in Kirkuk.
He was a member of the Kurdistan National Congress (KNK), founder and board member of the Academy of Politics and Democratic Thought, former chairman of the Iraqi Election Awareness Committee and former member of the Kurdistan High Commission in Kirkuk for the House of Representatives. [1]
