In 1945, Jamal, son of Ali Bapir, was born in the middle of a life full of pain and tragedy in Kurdish society.
Jamali was brought up in this poor family and grew up with the times. In 1952, he went to a school in Sulaimani dressed as a poor policeman He was interested in sports and Kurdishness because his poor class and oppressed nation attracted him to the struggle since his youth. He was interested in sports when he was six or seven years old.
