He was born in 1333 AH of the solar calendar in Qarali village of #Bokan# city in the eastern part of
Kurdistan.
study:
1- He studied in Bokan and #Saqiz# until he received his diploma.
2- He was a student of biology at Tabriz University. He was arrested and expelled from school before graduating for political reasons.
3- In 1371, he was forced to leave Kurdistan due to the party’s internal problems and settled in Norway as a political exile, he started to learn afterward and achieved the following:
1. Engineering (Cand mag)
2. (Master of Science) in agricultural science from the Green University of Norway.
3. Then he obtained the degree of a researcher in a three-year research course and later after completing his private teaching studies he became the owner of the degree: (Lecturer).
Political struggle:
4. He became acquainted with politics at the age of 14 He had a close relationship with the martyrs of 46-47 who came to their house because of his father.
5. In the first public meeting of the Central Committee after the return of the party to Kurdistan in the spring of 1358, he was appointed as an advisory member but refused to accept it. He then became a member of the leadership for the first time after the fifth congress.
6- He was a member of the leadership for five terms from the fifth congress in 1981 to 1992 (until the list of the ninth congress).
7- During his leadership roles, he held the following responsibilities:
Member of the Organization Commission.
Head of the Organizational Department of Azhuan Center.
Head of the supervisory delegation for the conferences of Divandareh, Sanandaj, Marivan, and Kermanshah-Kamyaran for the Sixth Congress of the Party.
Head of the Organization Commission (Part 1): This department was located in the Political Bureau No. 1 and was responsible for Central Kurdistan's and North Kurdistan's organizational affairs.
Head of the Organizational Department of Spi Sang Center.
Member and head of the North Kurdistan Fire Center
Head of Urmia Civil Committee.
Head of the Director General of the Kurdistan Democratic Youth Union of Iran.
Head of Bokan Civil Committee.
Head of the Party Secretariat.
Head of Foreign Relations of the Party in Iraq.
Deputy Political- Military Commission.
Member of the editorial board of Kurdistan newspaper.
Until the 14th Congress, I was in charge of the Kurdistan Forces Commission and the Information Commission in the Foreign Executive Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
Job:
8- In his youth, after completing his teaching course, he taught in primary and secondary schools in Bokan. At the end of Shah's regime, he became a member of the revolutionary staff of the director of Bokan as a representative of the teachers of the villages and towns. He worked in the administration of Bokan until a year after the fall of Shah's regime. He has conducted some scientific research in India at Norwegian expense.
9- He is currently teaching science, physics, chemistry, and mathematics and does research.

In 1993, after spending several months in Norway, he completed a language course at the University of Oslo. And wrote 25 pages of essay on the life of Ghasemlou received a degree in Norwegian from the University of Oslo. In the same year, he continued his adult education in Oslo and the surrounding area in order to go to university.
In 1994, I was admitted to two fields dentistry and agriculture. And I chose agriculture because of my specialty.
In 1994-1997 he obtained a degree in agricultural engineering from the Green University of Norway.
Then, without hesitation, he successfully completed his master's degree in 1999.
In 1999, he went to India for a semester with financial support from Norway and did research in a joint Indo-Norwegian project and managed to finish this project with the highest degree that was given to him in Norway afterward.
In 2000, he was appointed as a scientific fellow at the Green University of Norway http://www.umb.no and continued his research. Here he was able to write several small and large scientific articles. One of his articles on my research in India was internationally researched with the support of a group of Indian-Norwegian professors and finally in 2003 after being evaluated by universities in Australia, New Zealand, Britain, and the United States it was Published in 2003 under the title Waste Management. This book is available in the world's most famous libraries, including the United States. It can also be viewed on google.com.
He is currently working as a lecturer in Norway.[1]
