The Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) co-chair in Şırnak, Sabuha Akdağ was taken into custody on Thursday.
Akdağ was detained after giving a statement to the police at the Şırnak Provincial Security Directorate, Mezopotamya Agency (MA) reported.
While the reason for the detention could not be learned, she will give a statement to the prosecutor tomorrow, according to the report. [1]
