Mohammad Balbasi, a native of Cheshma Gol village of Shino, joined the Democratic Party in 1966 and joined the ranks of the party's Peshmergas after the Iranian People's Revolution. He held the ranks of sergeant, commander, deputy, military head of Shewaraz base and head of ammunition of Spi Sangi headquarters.
In 1991, he received the rank of fourth grade military cadre.
He died on July 4, 2009, at the age of 69, in the 3rd Kurdistan Centre.[1]
