His full name is Ismail Mansur، born in Koya in 1969، studied primary and secondary school in Koya، graduated from the Technical Institute in Mosul in 1990. he received a bachelor's degree in music at the University of Salahaddin College of Fine Arts in 2010. He earned master's degree in music education in the University of Sulaymaniyah Faculty of Arts Education department in 2016, He is now the head of art education، and in 1984، he started his art career with the permission of the Bawaji Koya music team with choirs and then by playing rhythmic instruments in Haji Pasha's house he was 15 years old at the time.
In the middle of 1986 studied the first notes and music theories bye teacher Sardar Ahmed in Koya youth center,
In 9 months with a group of other students، they created a children music group and Arazw became the supervisor of the group. In a short time، they were able to participate in many activities and festivals in Kurdistan and be in the front and first ranks of Kurdistan even they participated in their artistic activities instead of Erbil governorate, Then their band was called Haji Qadiri Koyi Music Group and at the beginning of 1988 they started recording a song cassette for the artist Ismail Shayda، which consisted of 9 songs and eight of them were the music of Arazw، which he used the poems of Mustafa Baghi Kurdi، Hijri، Shafiq Beyad، and Sasan Aouni، and published the cassette on the occasion of the new year of 1989. After the revolution، Arazw Ishmail continued to work more actively between Koya and Erbil. In Erbil as a founding member and the artistic director of the Rawa music team did a lot of artwork in recording، participating and supervising the festival in 1992. as the founding committee and artistic director of the Kurd-Koya Fine Arts Group In 1993، they held four art festivals and in all the festivals، he had his own new music, the first Kurdish melody with the Rawa music team in 1994 which lasted one hour, the poem was written by Sherko Bekas, sung by Hawta Asad and his own music was presented to the audience and won the first place in the festival. Although his artistic works in these two musical groups continued but between 1993-1997 continuously on Erbil Castle and in the old bathroom of the castle which became the cultural center of the era، he took many music courses under the name of Sewa to learn music and taught many students there، he moved to Germany in 1997 and in addition to participating in many national events abroad، he received art degree in the fields of keyboard and harmony in Musikhochschule. he returned to Kurdistan in 2004 at Shahid Jafar Institute of Fine Arts in Koya. He worked as a teacher in the music department، in addition to giving music lessons annually with new products، he participated in four festivals and activities. He continued to work at the Bawaji Koya Music Group and performed many works of art and supervised several annual festivals and productions. He became the director of the Shahid Jafar Institute of Fine Arts in Koya in 2012، in addition to the administrative work of the institute، he was the general supervisor of six art festivals for six years and presented new products annually in all festivals. In 2015، with a group of friends and young musicians، they founded the group “Peace of Soul Friends They performed four concerts in which they performed many new works in addition to the revival of many folk songs and introducing new youth voices. Many of his songs are long-lasting songs.There has been a long-lasting rhythm among all the nations of the world، so he wanted to fill the artistic space in Kurdish songs in a different way than it is. Sometimes he divided the songs into two parts and in different times their melodies were set. The story of the hero of Bayan in the poem of Sherko Bekas and words of Hawta Asaad for one hour، A Letter to my City in the poem of Qubadi Jalizada consists of two separate parts the first part in the words of : Shno Ibrahim، Mudark and Handren - Part 2: Lavin Qadir، Pola Ismail، Hoshmand Zahir in chorus and the duration was 35 minutes. The story of Damdam castle in the poem of Jutiyar Khalid and the words of Lavin Qadir، Pola Ismail in chorus it is 42 minutes long، the season of Glaciation Sewakhane is published in the poem of Rafiq Sabir and the first part was published. And in 1993 Bayz Mustafa sang it and in 1995 by Mahir Hamadamin. The second part is 19 minutes، Bang(Adhan) in Sherko Bekas's poem and words of Hawta Asaad is 17 minutes، Sahar (Dawn) in the poem of Hasib Qaradaghi and the equivalent of Asad's voice is 17 minutes.
