Babakir Zebari

#Babakir Badirkhan Shawkat Zebari# is a military personnel and the chief of staff of the Iraqi army from 2004 till 2014. In 1963 he finished the military college at the university of #Baghdad#, in 1970 he began his military activity after graduating from the Rostamiyah military academy in Baghdad. Babakir Zebari is a military and political personnel of the #Kurdistan Democratic Party#(KDP).[1]
